I am going to apply to Hunter College for the fall semester and I know that their tuition is around $11,000- $13,000 for out of state. If they only grant me $7,000 that leaves me $4000+ or so to pay. Am I supposed to pay that money out of pocket? When is that money usually due? What do I do? I really don't want to wait a year and a day just to enroll in school. I just received my AA and I want to keep going. I am from MA by the way. I like the dual program they have for public health at Hunter, that is why I want to go there. Umass Amherst and Lowell both have a decent public health program but I really don't like the area. **In state tuition for Hunter is only around $5,000 which is much cheaper than the Massachusetts schools. What should I do? I could take a year off and just work full time and save whatever I can and I can always use the tax money to help me fund my education and I can start paying off my debt little by little. I do have a loan out, that I took out when I was a teen to attend one of those rip off trade schools.
