Open Question: Where is there a haunted restaurant/bar in Lowell, MA?

Years ago I saw a 20/20 (or 60 minutes) episode about a haunted restaurant/bar in downtown Lowell. I remember finding it with my mother and going in to check it out. Today, however, the bar is no where to be seen. We think it has been renovated and possibly turned into apartments but we cannot remember where the place actually was.
