Resolved Question: What time do i need to leave to get from lowell,MA to boston,MA (to reach at 7-7:30am)?

I want to get there during the time but not sure what time to leave because i am not sure if there is alot or a little traffic. I am strictly talking about weekdays. Also is there a website that does this for you. I know google has a traffic button where you can pick the day and time but i want to hear from experience. Thank you! I know this isnt environmental friendly, but i like driving rather than taking public transport. Its just a habit that i have. I know there is the commuter rail/mbta and the T but i like driving and also this is a one way trip until i come back on friday afternoon..
